Full-Service College Counseling

My goal is to make this process worthwhile and affordable for your family. Every student is different, and so is every engagement. Below is a transparent breakdown of how my pricing works so there are no surprises.

Our full-service college counseling package provides personalized, start-to-finish support for students and families throughout the college search and application process.

This package is designed for families who want thoughtful guidance, clear structure, and a college process rooted in fit, confidence, and less stress.

At this time, full-service counseling is temporarily full for students graduating in 2028 and 2029.

Families of 2027 graduates are encouraged to explore the Application Audit service instead. Please complete the interest form.

From First Conversation to Final Application

Everything is built on a simple, transparent rate: $225/hour across all services. The retainer includes approximately 3 hours of contact time. Packages are scoped by phase — not the clock. If we go beyond the scope of your package, I’ll always let you know first.

Additional hours beyond your package are available at $225/hour. You will always be notified before additional hours are incurred.

Kismet Intro — $2,250

  • For 9th–10th grade students beginning to explore the process

  • Introduction to college requirements, fit, and what’s ahead

  • Extracurricular inventory and activity guidance

  • Goal-setting and early interest/strengths explorationF

  • Includes Retainer benefits

Senior Sprint — $4,500

  • Covers Phases 4–5 of the Kismet Roadmap

  • For seniors who need focused support through essays, apps, and decisions

  • Common App setup, essay brainstorming, drafting, and revision

  • Application review, submission guidance, and deadline management

  • Financial aid overview, waitlist strategy, and decision support

  • Includes Retainer benefits

Junior Launch — $4,500

  • Covers Phases 2–4 of the Kismet Roadmap

  • College research and list building (20+ schools narrowed to 10–12)

  • Testing strategy and timeline

  • LD and support program research where applicable

  • Resume and activities list development

  • Letter of recommendation strategy

  • Essay brainstorming and revision (up to 5 rounds)

  • Includes Retainer benefits

Kismet Complete — $9,000

  • All five phases of the Kismet Roadmap

  • Multi-year partnership starting sophomore or early junior year

  • The full arc — fit exploration, testing, list building, essays, applications, decisions

  • Executive functioning support woven throughout

  • Greenwood System available as an add-on

  • Includes Retainer benefits

Every engagement follows the same five-phase backbone. Depending on your package, you may work through all five or begin at the phase that fits where your student is right now.

Phase 1 — Know Yourself  |  Sophomore Year / Retainer

  • Extracurricular inventory and activity building

  • Introduction to the college process — what’s ahead and what matters

  • Greenwood System (optional add-on)

  • Monthly check-ins as needed

Phase 2 — Explore Your Options  |  Early Junior Year

  • College research and introduction to fit

  • Building the long list (20+ schools)

  • Campus visit planning and virtual tour guidance

  • Demonstrated interest strategy

  • Testing plan — SAT/ACT timeline and prep advice

  • LD and support program research where applicable

Phase 3 — Narrow the Field  |  Junior Year, Spring

  • Refining the list down to 10–12 schools

  • Reviewing grades, test scores, and realistic chances

  • Resume and activities list development

  • Letter of recommendation strategy — who, when, and how to ask

Phase 4 — Tell Your Story  |  Rising Senior / Summer

  • Common App setup and activities section

  • Essay brainstorming and topic selection

  • Essay drafts and revisions (up to 5 rounds)

  • Supplemental essay support

  • Referral to essay specialist if needed

Phase 5 — Cross the Finish Line  |  Senior Year
